We schedule a personal visit to the site where your new building will be located to gain a detailed understanding of the area, identify specific building requirements, and determine the optimal orientation for the design.
Functionality is our top priority in every project we undertake, serving as the basis for our designs. We present a Conceptual Layout and Building Shape that meets local regulations and serves as the basis for creating 3D Photorealistic Visuals for a seamless and well-coordinated final product.
During this design phase, we carefully create a personalized exterior shape for your building. We present 3D Photorealistic Visuals that showcase the unique style of your home, using quality materials, attractive, and well-designed exterior surfaces to highlight your desired new home.
We create the required permit documentation, which includes all necessary blueprints, to be submitted to the relevant authorities for approval. This documentation includes layout plans, section drawings, and facade designs, which will be reviewed and approved by the authorities.
Upon receiving approval from the relevant authorities, we will promptly inform you and provide you with all the necessary approved documents.
At this phase our collaboration will end unless additional interior design services are required!
