Our Studio
The Intuitive Spaces is a lifestyle-conscious boutique architectural design studio based in Jávea, on Spain’s Costa Blanca. Founded in 2017 by Hungarian architect Andrea Kriskó, the studio was born in Budapest from a vision to create environments that go beyond aesthetics — spaces that enhance daily life through mindful, biophilic, and emotionally attuned design.
With over a decade of experience and an international client base spanning Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, the studio’s work reflects a culturally sensitive, wellness-focused perspective.
Recognised by platforms such as Octogon Deco and Salon Budapest, The Intuitive Spaces continues to shape private villas, boutique hotels, creative businesses, and outdoor environments with care, clarity, and emotional depth.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
About Andrea
The founder and creative mind behind The Intuitive Spaces, Andrea Kriskó’s connection to architecture began in early childhood — driven by a curiosity for geometry, form, and the emotional impact of spatial flow.
Her diploma project was nominated as the best of 2012 by her university in Budapest, Hungary. From the start of her career, she felt drawn to interior design — refining her skills within respected studios before launching her own practice.
After completing several projects and gaining recognition in Budapest, she relocated to Spain’s Costa Blanca in 2024 to bring her creative approach to design-conscious investors and art-loving property owners seeking spaces rooted in nature and emotion — places that go beyond the expected.

Rather than following trends, we design intuitively — listening to the rhythm of the space and the needs of those who will inhabit it. We favour materials with presence, colours that calm or stir, and spatial flows that feel both effortless and intentional.

A 7-step journey — what to expect when working with us
We believe that meaningful design begins with intention, and is brought to life through collaboration, intuition, and care. Here's how we guide each project from first ideas to final touches:
1. Discovery & Alignment
Introductory call or in-person meeting to explore your needs, vision, and values. We then send a tailored proposal and contract.
2. Site Visit & Survey
We visit the property, collect data, and develop a detailed survey plan as the foundation for the design.
3. Concept & Spatial Planning
Space analyzis, and initial layouts are created to express the energy, atmosphere, and rhythm of your future space.
4. 3D Visuals & Design Presentation
We present a fully visualised design proposal using photorealistic 3D renders for clear, immersive feedback and decision-making.
5. Technical Plans & Permits
Detailed plans are prepared, including any necessary permit documentation.
6. Styling & Material Listing
We curate a thoughtful list of furnishings, materials, lighting, and iconic pieces to bring soul and cohesion to the space.
7. Construction Support & Completion
We coordinate with trusted partner teams (or your trusted builders) during construction, offering support through to final styling and project handover.
