03 — DESIGNExperience & Spatial Design
Give the approved vision its form, through interior, outdoor and spatial design.
We develop the concept into a detailed design, defining the organisation, proportions, finishes and character of each space through layouts, elevations and coordinated drawings.
• Spatial Concepts: layouts, floor plan proposals, façade and material concepts.
• Interior Design: developed layouts, finish and lighting plans, furniture, sanitary and electrical positioning, interior elevations.
• Landscape & Green Space Design: garden layouts, planting concepts, terraces, outdoor living areas, indoor green spaces and the link between inside and outside.

04 — REALIZEArt & Design Realization
Guide the approved design through construction to the final detail.
We support the project as it is built, helping you weigh decisions and keep the original vision intact, through online guidance and agreed site visits in the Costa Blanca.
• Material & FF&E Selection: materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and key products, with indicative pricing where available.
• Art & Object Curation: art, decorative objects and bespoke pieces, including work from The Intuitive Objects.
• Design Coordination: online advice and coordination throughout.
• On-Site Design Reviews: agreed visits in the Costa Blanca to review key decisions.

Andrea leads every project, from the first idea to the final detail. Projects are designed by her directly. Larger work, such as hotels and developments, is directed by her and carried out with our team of designers, so the scale of a project never loosens the vision. In Spain, technical projects and construction documentation are signed by a licensed architect we work with. Elsewhere, we partner with qualified local professionals.
