Not at all. Many clients come to us with only a few ideas or feelings about what they want. During the initial consultation, we help define and shape your vision into a clear and structured concept.

3) Can you work with existing plans or unfinished projects?

Yes. We often join projects at different stages — whether you already have architectural drawings or are starting from scratch. Our work can adapt to your specific situation.

4) What happens after the first consultation?

If you decide to move forward, we prepare a tailored service proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Once approved, the design process begins — starting with space planning and concept development.

5) Do you work with clients outside of Spain?

Yes, we collaborate remotely with clients worldwide. All concept design and documentation can be delivered digitally, and on-site support is available for projects within Spain.

6) Do you collaborate with builders or contractors?

Yes. We work with our trusted construction partner mainly in Costa Blanca North. However, we’re equally happy to collaborate with your preferred contractor and stay involved during construction to ensure the design vision is carried out seamlessly.

7) How early should I involve a designer in my project?

Ideally, as early as possible. For new builds, early involvement lets us help shape the architectural layout for better flow, light, and functionality. For renovations, it ensures enough time to plan before construction starts — avoiding delays, extra costs, and last-minute changes.

8) Do you work on small projects as well as large ones?

No, we don’t take small-scale projects like single rooms or partial spaces. We work on full-scale projects such as villas, houses, apartments, and comparable commercial interiors like retail or restaurants, as well as larger developments like boutique hotels and retreats.

9) How is communication managed throughout the project?

Before starting the planning phase, we schedule several video or in-person meetings, all planned and outlined in the contract. This ensures clear communication and alignment at every key stage of the project.
