Cortado is a sculptural piece defined by its elongated proportions and playful geometric cuts. It breaks away from traditional furniture forms: the carved openings become part of the composition, and make room for books, artworks and collected objects.

Fossil shells set in the surface of the stone reveal traces of ancient life and a link to geological time, so that every piece has a material character of its own. Both a functional object and an artistic statement, the sideboard brings structure and texture to a contemporary interior as easily as to a timeless one.
