A soft palette of pastel gray tones, complemented by warm wood elements and interior greenery, establishes a calm and harmonious atmosphere. The use of reed — specified for the exterior roof in response to local regulations — is extended into the interior, creating a continuous material language that strengthens the dialogue between architecture and landscape.

The spatial organization unfolds across two levels, balancing openness and privacy. The upper floor hosts a generous living, kitchen and dining area, designed as a central space for gathering and relaxation. On the ground floor, two bedrooms with private bathrooms offer a more intimate retreat, each connected to outdoor terraces with views over the lake.
