Bohemian Coastal Villa

Located near the Spanish coast, this modern bohemian villa is redefined through a sensitive balance of authenticity, material continuity and openness. The original granite flooring is preserved as a defining element, complemented by natural stone surfaces and custom-designed furniture that bring the existing character into a more contemporary and cohesive expression.

The layout is restructured to create a fluid relationship between the living, kitchen and dining spaces. Removing internal divisions and introducing a central bar makes the interior visually and socially connected. Two distinct living zones create different experiences within the open plan: a secluded lounge for rest and conversation, and a more sociable area connected to the kitchen and terrace.

Material warmth, natural textures and spatial flow define the project throughout, creating a home where existing character and contemporary design come together with a distinctly Mediterranean, bohemian spirit.
