2. Site Visit & Survey
We visit the property, collect data, and develop a detailed survey plan as the foundation for the design.

3. Concept & Spatial Planning
Space analyzis, and initial layouts are created to express the energy, atmosphere, and rhythm of your future space.

4. 3D Visuals & Design Presentation
We present a fully visualised design proposal using photorealistic 3D renders for clear, immersive feedback and decision-making.

5. Technical Plans & Permits
Detailed plans are prepared, including any necessary permit documentation.

6. Styling & Material Listing
We curate a thoughtful selection of furnishings, materials, lighting, and iconic artisanal pieces to bring soul and cohesion to each space.

7. Construction Support & Completion
We coordinate with our trusted partner — or your chosen builder — throughout construction, offering support through to the final project handover.
