Located near the Spanish coast, this modern bohemian villa is redefined through a sensitive balance of authenticity, material continuity, and spatial openness.

The original granite flooring is preserved as a foundational element, complemented by new natural stone surfaces and custom-designed furniture that seamlessly integrate existing character with contemporary refinement.

The layout is restructured to create a fluid relationship between the living, kitchen, and dining areas. By removing internal divisions and introducing a central bar element, the space becomes visually and socially connected, supporting a more open and interactive way of living.

The living area is articulated into two distinct zones, allowing for varied spatial experiences. A more secluded lounge offers a calm setting for rest and conversation, while a secondary area near the kitchen and terrace creates an intimate, social atmosphere.
