Designed as a private coastal residence for a family of three, this spacious apartment is reimagined as a calm, refined living environment rooted in warmth and material harmony.

Natural wood surfaces, soft nude tones, and layered textures create a cohesive atmosphere, where carefully selected design pieces subtly elevate the spatial experience.

The layout is thoughtfully reconfigured through strategic wall placements to enhance openness and flow, establishing a balance between shared and private areas. The apartment includes a living and dining space, a semi-separated kitchen, a master suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with independent shower rooms.

A dedicated wellness area is integrated within the master suite, conceived as a private retreat. Defined by a massage shower, spacious bathtub, and ceiling-mounted rain shower, the space offers a quiet, immersive environment for rest and regeneration.
