Duplex Studio Apartment

The La Nucía project began as a modest, neglected house, acquired as an investment and reimagined through a careful and considered transformation.

The intervention focuses on clarity and spatial efficiency. A new internal staircase organizes the home into two distinct yet connected zones: the lower level accommodates living, dining, and kitchen functions, while the upper level is dedicated to rest, with sleeping, bathing, and storage spaces.

The interior is shaped as a continuous, flowing environment, where a restrained material palette creates a sense of cohesion and calm. Natural finishes and subtle transitions between spaces enhance openness and lightness, allowing the architecture to feel both grounded and breathable.

The result is a quiet, contemporary dwelling designed for renewed use and long-term value.
